Native to Northern Virginia, eCitie Executive
Chef, Eric P. Sloman, has more than 20 years of experience
in the restaurant and hotel business. After receiving
formal training at the Cambridge Institute of Culinary
Arts in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Eric began his career
at The Pawn Shop in Rosslyn, Virginia, and then continued
his pursuit of preparing fine cuisine at a number of reputable
institutions, including the private cigar club, Grand
Havana Room and Sam & Harry's.
Eric
has also led the opening of several renowned establishments,
including The Caucus Room in Washington, DC and the Ritz
Carlton in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia. At eCitie,
Eric provides a rich culinary experience at a great value.
